The sport

Swimrun Costa Brava is a completely different kind of race. It´s an unforgettable sea and mountain adventure. With three distances to choose from, you can compete in and enjoy Swimrun the way you want.

Swimrun is a sport that was born in Sweden in 2006.  It combines mountain running and open water swimming, and its participants compete in teams of 2. The competition requires speed, endurance and strategy.

The Venue

Costa Brava´s mix of sensations will surprise you. Nature plays a prominent role with natural parks in Cap de Creus, Aiguamolls del Empordà, and Montgrí, the Medes Islands and Baix Ter.

You will be captivate by the beauty of its beaches and its coves of turquoise-green waters which mirror the lush white pine forests that line the Mediterranean coast.
